Paper vouchers have no online nor phone balance checker and never expire. John Lewis e-vouchers cannot be used in-store, but can be used online at johnlewis. E-vouchers are sometimes referred to as E-Codes as they use the same code format as paper vouchers. E-vouchers can only be used once, are redeemed in full into your online account at the checkout, and there is no balance checker.
E-vouchers are often issued without an explicit expiry date, so we assume they never expire. However, we recommend you use them as soon as possible.
