Where is rikqiz the leatherworker

Comment by Allakhazam Ok I've read the forum for this guy Rikqiz. I gather he is a Rare Vendor. He does not show up in Tan-Your-Hide leather shop. Meulard says he is in a building south more top level There is a spot with a money box and what looks like a inventory book.

Maybe he spawns there? If anyone finds him please say what time of day and give a detailed description of what building he is in. I've been looking for him for 3 days off and on. If I find him I'll come back and post it. Comment by Allakhazam Hi hi! I got there, he had one, I bought it.

Dizzy One-Eye is outside the building that Rikquiz is in. I don't know if he is a rare spawn or not, but I I bought the gloves pattern off him just now - the belt pattern was not in stock. Comment by Allakhazam Does anybody have any idea how often the pattern spawns for the belt or gloves?

Update: Camping him again produced the shadowskin pattern at 40 minutes and the Gem-studded pattern at 70 so there is some variable in the timer. Comment by I only had to camp him for about 10 minutes to get the Gem-studded belt pattern.

Maybe I just hit him at the right time? Don't know about the Shadowskin Gloves. So I waited about five minutes and the belt pattern respawned.

Either they changed the respawn rate from what people have previously stated, or it's totally random. I certainly didn't wait an hour between patterns.
